Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, used pet items (such as bowls or mats that have been used) can only be returned if defective.

How to start a return

Email yafaimohemmed@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
