Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prime Carton USA. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at yafaimohemmed@gmail.com and we will investigate right away.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, email yafaimohemmed@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damage) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
